Brown scores again

Finally we know the truth about Jack Ruby! Many readers will recall the hysteria which was created by these two murders which occurred in Dallas within 48 hours. Speculation immediately arose and persists today whether Oswald was the sole assassin and whether Jack Ruby killed Oswald to silence him, thereby protecting Oswald's alleged accomplices. There was also speculation that Oswald was the tool of a foreign government and/or whether Ruby was hired by those same interests to silence Oswald.
A reading of the Ruby interrogation conducted by Chief Justice Warren and former President Gerald Ford provides the reader with valuable clues to Ruby's motivations. Ruby's testimony appears to be somewhat self-serving, but his insistence on a polygraph to prove his truthfulness is noteworthy and the results are very interesting.
The editor drew on her vast research and experiences as a Dallas psychologist to provide the reader with the necessary background regarding the mood of Dallas and in the final analysis, that mood was the key element resulting in the appellate court reversal of the Ruby conviction.

From love to action and contemplationIf you liked the marvelous Moravagine, Dan Yack could be considerated in a way as is soft counterpart. When a group of depraved artits decide to follow an idle billionnaire to spend a winter near the south pole, anything can happen. And, of course, as we are in the Blaise Cendrars world, it happens in a brutal, hallucinating but touching way. Dan Yack plays with life like a gambler who would play russian roulette with a gun loaded with five bullets.

Especially recommended for school & community libraries.

An invaluable sourcebook for Wraith: The Oblivion!"Dark Reflections: Spectres" is Black Dog's first Wraith book. It does a GREAT job describing the mentality and characteristics of Wraiths who have fallen into their shadow. Storytellers will see how to properly incorporate spectres into the game, and players will learn how to properly play them.
Get this discontinued tome while you still can!

A good book for pre-teen to early teens

The most inspirational book by the most inspirational person

MIDWEST BOOK REVIEWEach day starts out with a passage from the Word of God, followed
by a short discussion on that word, and ending with a short prayer. Very nice.
I like to be able to read a morsel or two before my day begins and this is such a good way to do it. This book can be read year after year, it's words will still apply.
Great devotional! Heart warming!
